Marti Correia:

Marti is the "fast-paced, highly motivated TEAM LEADER". She lives by the motto “Smiles are contagious”. Her extensive background in promotions and marketing are a key ingredient in her Real Estate success. Marti has earned the Prestigious 100% Award through RE/MAX International as well as being the recipient of the Outstanding Sales Award and Top Producer Award repeatedly throughout her career.

Marti is an active member of the Association of Realtor where she’s entering her 2nd year on the State Board of Directors and her 5th year on the Mid-State Board of Directors (where she is also the President Elect of the Association). Marti is also actively involved in committees on both a local and state level including Grievance, Ethics & Professional Standards and the Realtors Political Action Committee.

More than all of these milestones combined…she prides herself on her customer service. There isn’t a single accomplishment that could ever compare to the satisfaction of knowing that her clients are happy with their real estate experience.

Marilena Parenteau has fun-loving, hardworking character with a strong customer service background.. After retiring from the corporate insurance world, Marilena found her niche in the real estate business 2 years ago when she joined the team and has excelled ever since. As a bilingual licensed real estate professional, her goal has always been to save the client time, money and worry, in their real estate transactions. Marilena thrives on academic excellence and her vast knowledge of the current market in many Connecticut Counties. With her wit and attention to detail, she has been able to establish a long term, business relationships with each and every client.

Marilena, an avid dog lover and travel enthusiast, spends much of her spare time Cruising the Caribbean and cuddling her animals. It goes without saying; even her four-legged clients get the best possible home for their needs!

Keith Frechette:

Keith is a loyal and dedicated team member. In many communities, Keith Frechette is a household name. Known through the years as co-owner of Meadowgate Farms in Wethersfield, Keith could be found driving a team of draft horses for hayrides & weddings or making children smile by bringing ponies to birthday parties & fairs.

Keith’s extensive experience with people made him the perfect candidate for our team. He treats his clients as he would expect to be treated, and that has served him well. He brings along his knowledge of land, new construction and horse/farm properties but never forgets the heartwarming satisfaction of helping a first time buyer fulfill their dream of owning a home.
