When I find a home how much should I offer?

Our team is here to provide you with the quality information to make the best decision on an offer! Here are some things we consider when helping you to make an offer.

  • Is the market price in line with prices of similar homes in the area?

  • Is the home priced correctly for the condition that it is in?

  • What if any concessions do you desire the seller to make?

  • An offer will clearly define what personal property is to be included in the sale.

  • How long has it been on the market?

  • What is the motivation of the seller?

Is this the house you have been searching for?

If you fall in love with the house be prepared to offer asking price to prevent loosing your bid to others.

Even in a market where it may be customary to start an offer low, if the house is priced accurately and has features that you love, chances are someone else may love it as well. If asking price is beyond your financial reach, we're better off not viewing the property at all.
